How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Registered customers can use this number to track their package in the “Track Your Order” section of our website. Alternatively, you can click the tracking link in your shipment email to be directed to the carrier’s website, where you can enter the tracking number. This will provide you with the status of your package, including the expected delivery date, which may vary based on your delivery address, city, and country.

Can I track my order on your website?
Yes, as a registered customers, you can track your order on our website as outlined above. Simply scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click on the “Track Your Order” link in the footer menu. On the tracking page, you can either enter your order number and email address in the left fields or input your tracking number in the right field and click “Track.”

Note: You’ll only be able to track your shipment after receiving the shipment notification email with your tracking number
