How can I return my order?

Customers have up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date (for orders received before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time) to return their items free of charge, with us covering the return shipping fees. Returns are not accepted beyond this timeframe.

If you encounter any issues with the product(s) you received, please email us with a detailed description of the problem, along with photos to help us understand the situation. Even if the 30-day return period has passed, we’ll do our best to assist you, though please note that refunds will not be issued after this period.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email us at message@abcchapters.com .Cancellation requests must be sent before you receive a shipment notification email. Once the shipment notice has been sent, we cannot halt the delivery process. In this case, you will need to wait for the delivery and then follow our return policy if you wish to return the order.
