A Promo Code is temporary discount code applicable either on all products or on a very specific category of products. Read the promo code detail to learn more. Ensure to use your Pomo Code within the valid timeframe to save on your purchase.

When you return an item purchased using a Promo Code, we will refund the specific amount that you were billed.

If you wish to return an order placed using a Promo Code, we can still apply the promo code on the new item you wish to exchange your returned item with even if the Promo Code originally used is expired. If you do not wish to exchange your returned product(s) with a new one, your promo code (billed amount) will be credited to your account and be used for any future purchase or refund upon request.
